All the water pumps, valves and meters onsite collect and control through I/O module, which contains digital input/output module, analog collection module (current/voltage/thermal couple/thermal resistance), analog output module (current /voltage) and high-speed counting module (pulse acquire). Some equipment with serial port communication, such as electromagnetic flow meter, frequency convertor etc., can read and write data (flow speed/accumulated amount of flow, frequency setting/feedback of the frequency convertor etc.) through the CMM serial port communication module.
This engineering automation control system is safe, practical, economical, and highly efficient and can reach the current advanced level of water plant automation. The automation monitoring control system of the water plant complies with the principle of “integrated management, scattered control, and data sharing”.
